Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela,A431,MCF-7,mouse C2C12,rat C6 cell line (from left to right), using ACTB Antibody(Cat. #abs112431). abs112431 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
